On May 21, the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) and its America Needs Fatima campaign co-sponsored their annual regional conference in Silver Lake, Kansas. About 75 people attended this event that was graced by the presence of a statue of Our Lady of Fatima. TFP supporters prepared and served delicious refreshments for those in attendance.
The theme of the conference focused on the chastisement foretold by Our Lady at Fatima and how to prepare for it. TFP member Rex Teodoso gave the first presentation titled “The Chastisement, the Grand-Retour and the Reign of Mary in Private Revelations.”
Mr. Teodoso cited many approved private revelations that provided insights on current events. He did an excellent job explaining: 1. why the chastisement is necessary. 2. What all must suffer. 3. Why the chastisement, humanly speaking, will be unimaginable. Finally, he stressed how the best way to prepare is by staying close to Our Lady.

The speaker also spoke of a great conversion that many saints and mystics mention. This Grand-Retour or great return to God will be like the changes inside the soul of the Prodigal Son who returns to the Father’s house. Finally, he spoke about the Reign of Mary, which will be the triumph of the Immaculate Heart mentioned at Fatima. In this way, he gave a complete picture of what to expect for the future. Many excellent questions followed the talk.
Italian TFP member Julio Loredo gave the second presentation via a pre-recorded message titled “How the Angels Will Fight With Us During the Chastisement.” His presentation helped attendees have a deeper understanding of the angels’ role in one’s personal life, the Church and history. Many later commented how the talk gave them a greater appreciation of the supernatural aid available to all who ask the angels for help. Attendees also felt compelled to increase their devotion to their unique guardian angels, who were chosen for them by God from all eternity.
As the conference formally ended, some attendees moved to the home of a TFP supporter to continue the conversation with Mr. Teodosio and other participants.
