The devil reared his ugly head again in Austin, Texas. However, Our Lady’s prayer warriors from Tradition, Family, Property—Texas (TFP-Texas) were ready and quickly mounted a protest, serving as the heel of Our Lady, crushing the serpent’s head.

The object of the protest was an event at the Crow Bar, a venue holding a “Religious Study Session” on Satanism and a drag show. TFP-Texas had already protested a “black mass” held earlier this year.

News of the event reached the TFP’s Three Archangels caravan as it was touring the South in defense of the unborn. The caravan returned to Austin from Alabama to do a Rosary Rally of reparation at the site.

Different Banners and Slogans, but the Same Enthusiasm

Standing on the public sidewalk near the Crow Bar, the caravan now held a different banner and different signs. The main banner read “We are one nation under God and Satanism is NOT an American value!”

The caravanners held signs that said: “Honk against Satan,” “Honk against blasphemy,” and other expressive messages.

They proclaimed slogans such as: “America is: one nation under God!”

“Down with Satan: The eternal loser!”

“Together with Saint Michael, we cry: Who is like unto God!”

“Arise, O God and let thy enemies be scattered: And let those who hate Thee flee before Thy Face!”

The protesters prayed the Holy Rosary as well as litanies and other prayers. Between rosaries, the caravan bagpiper and drummer played songs such as “Immaculate Mary,” “Hail Holy Queen” and “God Bless America.”

Manifestations of Evil

The other side, defending blasphemy, showed itself several times. Many of those attending the horrible event had to drive right by the campaign to get to the locale.

Their reactions differed, but all were hostile. Several drove by, for example, and made vulgar gestures. One woman screamed, “Hail Satan.” Others smiled or laughed at the campaign.

Undaunted, the caravanners, like soldiers, continued the spiritual battle.

Support from the General Public

Support from the general public was very noticeable. Many people, for example, honked against Satan as they passed, including some large tractor-trailers. Indeed, it became evident to the Satanists inside that the many honking cars reflected a rejection of their message.

Two young men from Belgium stopped and asked about the protest. They expressed support and were encouraged to see American Catholics defending God’s Law against Satan.

Never be Silent in the Face of Evil!

Evil events like that at the Crow Bar will only become more frequent if the good do not resist the advances of evil. When the good remain silent, evil becomes emboldened and acts even worse. When the good stand up, as Saint Michael did in Heaven, the devil is exposed, and often these events are canceled.

Thus, good souls must stand up and resist the advances of evil. Remaining silent encourages evil and is almost as bad as the evil itself. Together with Saint Michael, Prince of the Heavenly Hosts, they must cry:

“Quis ut Deus!”

“Who is like unto God!”
