General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TFP.org within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Damaged goods can be replaced or refunded as desired.

 

Receiving a Refund

We will request a refund after we receive and process your return.

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

If the return item is not refunded to your account within 4 weeks from the day we received your return, please contact us for help at (888) 317-5571.
