No Time Out for Christmas! - December 17, 2004
It seems there is no time out in the nation's Cultural War. Not even Christmas is sacred. The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) is protesting Time magazine's publishing of statements against the virginity of Our Lady in the cover article of its December 13 edition.

Hunting with God’s Majestic Birds of Prey - December 5, 2004
On Sunday, December 5, a group of more than 60 TFP supporters and friends, mostly fathers and sons, gathered for a falconry exhibition organized by the TFP’s Louisiana Director Thomas Drake.

Another Kinsey Fraud
The goal of the movie "Kinsey" is to paint a sympathetic picture of the life and work of zoologist Alfred C. Kinsey. However, a closer look shows that neither his life nor his work merits sympathy.

Blaspheming Mary Most Holy is Not Family Entertainment! - November 29, 2004
After massive protests last year, the Somerville Theater in Massachusetts will not be hosting its third annual staging of the lesbian "rock opera" Jesus Has Two Mommies. However, a film version of the play is slated to show on Wednesday December 1 at the Hollywood Theatre, in Portland, Oreg.

Defending the Highest Law in Kansas - November 19, 2004
On the evening of November 16, twenty TFP supporters together with their families staged a rally outside the Topeka City Hall where the city council was debating a proposed ordinance that would prohibit "discrimination" against homosexuals.

Letter to the President - November 5, 2004
On November 5, 2004 the American TFP sent a letter to President Bush, congratulating him on his election victory. In this election, America's moral and cultural configuration was at stake and both sides in the Cultural War mobilized accordingly.

Mayday for Marriage - Oct. 15, 2004

On Friday, October 15, the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property joined together with tens of thousands of concerned Americans on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to voice their repudiation of same-sex “marriage.” The event, titled “Mayday for Marriage,” was sponsored by pastors in the Puget Sound-area of Washington State.

Catholics Unite to Face a Polarized America - Oct. 9-10, 2004

For a seminar focusing on the divisions inside the nation, the 2004 TFP National Conference was a scene of amazing unity. The Columbus weekend event brought together Catholics of like mind from across the nation for an intense and varied program. By the end of the conference, all seemed to be immersed in an unforgettable atmosphere of grace and counter-revolutionary camaraderie.


Scuttle Specter's Chairmanship Hopes - November 12, 2004

The debate over the chairmanship of the Senate Judiciary Committee still rages. In one development, Planned Parenthood is asking its activists to thank Senator Arlen Specter (R. Penn.) for his “moderate” stance on abortion. In light of this continuing debate, The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) opposes his nomination.

America Needs Fatima Says: Free Kids from On-line Porn-
Sep. 3, 20004

When the Supreme Court extended an injunction against the enforcement of the Child Online Protection Act (COPA), it also guaranteed the access by innocent children to on-line porn. Internet pornographers were handed a victory and the opportunity to corrupt American youth with no fines or consequences.


TFP Student Action Rallies - Sep. 2, 20004

A group of young Americans will be on the streets and college campuses of cities in Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana to encourage people to vote Yes for traditional marriage state constitutional amendments on upcoming ballot initiatives.

Is There Still Free Speech in Poland - August 9, 2004

The entry of Poland into the European Union was supposed to have ushered in a new era of democracy, tolerance and freedom to the former Soviet Bloc nation. Gone forever was the totalitarian past of Communist regimes. Such hopes are now apparently premature.



A Call To Restore Christian Civilization - August 2-7, 2004

For a TFP international summer conference discussing Christian civilization, Austria seemed an excellent site. Even better was the restored fourteenth-century Carthusian Charterhouse where the over 110 participants gathered. At the six-day event held on August 2-7, there was no lack of Christian civilization; it was a veritable immersion.

ANF Says Now or Never To Same Sex Marriage Fight

Encouraged by nearly twenty American bishops who have publicly spoken out against those politicians who receive communion while scandalously support abortion, same-sex "marriage" and other aberrations, the America Needs Fatima Campaign has launched its Now or Never petition campaign this July.

Viva Cristo Rey (Long Live Christ the King) was the motto for this year’s Call to Chivalry Summer Camp for boys held at the Feliciana Retreat Center in Norwood, La. from June 29 - July 9.

Rallying for God's Law - May 16, 2004
On May 16, TFP members rallied with over 100 people in Hanover, Pennsylvania’s Wirt Park to save a park monument of the Ten Commandments.

Book Promotions in St. Louis - April 21-22, 2004
On April 21-22, TFP member John Horvat spoke at two large parishes in St. Louis, St. Alban Roe in Wildwood, Mo. and St. Anselm Parish and Priory at Creve Coeur, promoting the book, Defending a Higher Law: Why We Must Resist Same-sex "marriage" and the Homosexual Movement.

A Visit to Remember - April 17, 2004
On April 17, nearly 300 people gathered at the national headquarters of the American TFP to venerate the International Pilgrim Virgin of Our Lady of Fatima.

NO! to the Blasphemous “Jesus” Doll! - March 26, 2004
Outraged Catholics braved low temperatures and fierce winds as they lined Mall Street on March 21 at the main entrance to the King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania to protest a blasphemous “dress-up Jesus” doll sold by Urban Outfitters. Since the protest, the retailer has reportedly discontinued the sales of this offensive item.

On Friday, March 19, the TFP Washington Bureau was bustling with friends and supporters who came for a presentation on TFP's hard-hitting book Defending a Higher Law: Why We Must Resist Same-Sex "Marriage" and the Homosexual Movement.

A group of boys received a special Christmas present from their parents last year:participation in a Winter Youth Program, sponsored by the American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) and St. Louis de Montfort Academy. Boys came from as far as California to attend the five-day program at the Academy’s rural campus in Herndon, Pa.
