Devotion to Our Lady and
Rules to Discern True and False Visions and Revelations
Learn why God in His mercy gives us visions
and revelations and how they help to strengthen our faith and piety.
You and your family will enjoy a most insightful and reassuring
presentation. A tremendous help in today's confusing world!
St. Louis de Montfort and
True Devotion to Our Lady
Come and learn about the life and teachings
of this great saint! The slide presentation brings you to Brittany,
whose dusty roads St. Louis got to know so well. His fiery words
of devotion to Mary have been described as "the greatest monument
of all times to the Virgin Mother of God."
A Shower of Roses From the Heights
of Calvary:
True Sanctity Comes From the Cross
St. Thérèse of the Little Flower is a saint
for our days! Her life is an open book from which we can learn,
yes... how to become a saint. The road to sanctity will always be
the Way of the Cross - "Per crucem ad lucem" (Through the
cross, we reach the light). St. Thérèse, with her "Little Way,"
teaches us how to make it, despite our frailties.
Indifference and the Loss of the Notion
of Sin
Many people today are so confused as to what
is sinful. Why is this so? What consequences does this have for
society? Like a moral AIDS, indifference destroys our very ability
to recognize and react to danger. Come and learn how to protect
your family from this great scourge of our times!
Why was Our Lady so Sad at Fatima?
Is there a family where the mother won't intercede
for her children? Is there a family where the mother won't plead
with them to behave, to avoid the father's punishment? Both at Fatima
and afterwards, using the language of the events, Mary urges men
to conversion, sacrifice, and prayer. An eye-opening review of world
events from the Fatima perspective.
St. Joseph, A Heavenly Intercessor
for the Greatest Trials
How much do you really know about St. Joseph?
His princely background, heroic virtue, and privileged role as Jesus'
foster father? His powerful intercession and solicitous understanding
of the paradoxes we sometimes go through in life? This is a must
talk for every Catholic family!
Taking the Catholic Initiative
An overview of the problems Catholics now
face. What specifically should be the goals of Catholics today?
How can the average Catholic react to the threats to the family?
What recourses do Catholics have coming from the Faith that allow
them to take the initiative and work for a Catholic Civilization?
Linking Fatima to the Real World
So many people today are mugged by reality.
The real world presents them with problems they never had to deal
with before. How do these very real problems like those of education,
fashion, culture and the crisis in the Church relate to Fatima?
How does a Catholic survive in a hostile world? This talk will broach
these subjects.
St. John Bosco: Role Model For Educators
Today
At times the struggle to lead children to
virtue seems staggering. It certainly seemed that way to St. John
Bosco, working with boys in a country that was at war with the Church.
How did St. John Bosco steer the most troublesome of boys to the
path of virtue? Can we do the same today?
Dress, Fashion, And the Concern For
God's Glory
Does it matter to us and others how we dress?
Does it matter to God? God is beauty, and His creation reflects
His beauty. In choosing how to dress, we can and should have God's
glory as a paramount concern. This talk gives you precious insights
on how much more than just modesty is involved in our choice of
attire.
Series of talks on The Meaning of
Life: Our Origin and Destiny
Life in our days, driven by the disorderly
passions of pride and sensuality, has changed, taking on an air
entirely opposed to the plan which God had for His creation. See
how, through his religion Gnosis, Satan has orchestrated this change
by destroying the notions of sin and hierarchy as they existed in
Christian Civilization. This series is a must hear, for those who
sense that modern society suffers from a profound moral crisis,
but would like to gain a better understanding of it.
Confidence: A Virtue That Shines In
The Darkness Part I
According to the Center for Disease Control
over 3 million people committed suicide last year world wide. How
could so many choose such a tragic end? The answer is simple! They
did not trust in the mercy of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy
Mother, and therefore were consumed with despair. They did not know
the council of Our Lord to sinners: "It is not the sin that causes
me so much sadness, but the failure to come to Me and ask forgiveness."
The Book of Confidence is a simple treatise containing profound
truths which modern man has all but forgotten. It is time for us
to remind the world about that which is essential for our perseverance.
Confidence, Confidence, Confidence!
Confidence: A Virtue That Shines In
The Darkness Part II
"Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and
His Justice and all these things shall be added unto you" was not
mere poetry, but a promise of Our Divine Savior. A promise to take
care of our temporal and spiritual necessities. We worry ourselves
about "what we shall put on" or "what we shall eat" and forget about
the birds of the air which neither reap nor sow, but are cared for
by the Heavenly Father. Are not you of much more value than they?
Should we take these words literally? Part II of the treatise on
Confidence will answer these and other important questions. The
days we live in are dark indeed, but the light of Confidence awaits
you!
Confidence: A Virtue That Shines In
The Darkness Part III
This, the third and final part of the treatise
on Confidence, will address both the reasons for Confidence and
the fruits of Confidence. St. Francis de Sales instructs that our
Confidence should be based on the infinite goodness of God and the
merits of the Passion and Death of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Souls
who pray with confidence glorify God, Who desires to show forth
His immense goodness, and they also attract exceptional favors.
As a result of this treatise may we approach God with the Confidence
that He desires.
"Christianus Alter Christus"
What does it really mean for a "Christian
to be like another Christ?" This meeting shows that when men resolve
to cooperate with the grace of God, the marvels of history are worked:
the conversion of the Roman Empire; the formation of the Middle
Ages; the reconquest of Spain, and so many other historic marvels.
The Fourth Revolution
The book Revolution and Counter Revolution
speaks of a socio-political process which seeks to establish the
utmost degree of inequality in the world. In this talk, we analyze
the birth of what the author called the Fourth Revolution which
carries this leveling process a step further by proclaiming the
equality between man and beast. To illustrate this talk, we will
analyze the movie Instinct with Anthony Hopkins. Slide Presentation
Confidence
Suicide rates are at an all time high and
this meeting shows how the virtue of confidence is indispensable
for Catholics facing a pagan world. Few people can even define this
virtue and this meeting will not only define confidence but show
how it differs from presumption. Based on The Book of Confidence
by Fr. St. Laurent. Slide Presentation
Fatima and the Thirst for Souls
When our Lord died on the cross one of his
last words was Sitio ( which means I thirst). His thirst was not
only a physical thirst but a spiritual thirst, a thirst for souls.
We can only attain a true thirst for souls when we understand the
value of a soul. This meeting shows the difference between a sentimental
love for souls and a true Catholic thirst for souls. Slide Presentation
Innocence
The subject of innocence is probably one of
the most unique series of meetings given by Prof. Plinio Correa
de Oliveira. This meeting not only defines innocence but addresses
the key stumbling block to preserving innocence and the trials all
faces early in life. This talk is not only valuable for parents
trying to preserve their children's innocence but also for adults
who still have a sense of wonder and have not accepted the lie that
innocence is just for children. Such considerations will recall
the counsel of Our Lord: "Unless you become like little children,
you shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven." Slide Presentation
Principles of Fashion
In a world where vulgarity is king, this meeting
is an interesting historical analysis of the Revolutionary process
in clothing fashions. Our Lady told Jacinta that fashions would
appear that would greatly offend her Divine Son and that Catholics
should not follow them. Not merely a denunciation of modern fashions,
this meeting gives important points for consideration when visiting
a clothing store. Slide presentation
The Chinese Merchant
Do you sometimes lack the courage and conviction
to face the modern world that mocks Catholic principles and those
that profess them? This is the meeting for you. Centered on the
story of the Chinese merchant who boldly entered the court of Louis
XIV and presented his goods with conviction, this meeting turns
a true story into a principle for living a Catholic life. It will
also give you the key element you may be missing for your Catholic
ideas to be accepted.
The Little Way
St. Therese lived a very short life and most
of it in the obscurity of a Carmelite convent with little more to
offer the world than her autobiography. This book became a world
best seller however and her spiritual doctrine of "the little way"
became a path to sanctity for countless other little souls. Was
her "little way" really that little? The answer to this question
will destroy the myth of a sentimentally sweet St. Therese and show
her true heroism.
Honor I
The first in another unique conference series
given by Prof. Plinio Correa de Oliveira. Honor I begins by defining
honor and illustrating the three ways one acquires it. This first
meeting gives solid principles that illustrate how that one of THE
things missing in this revolutionary world we live in is exactly
honor. Slide presentation
Honor II
The second meeting recaps with definitions
and then describes certain customs inside the TFP which illustrates
how the founder, Prof. Plinio Correa de Oliveira created a school
of honor. The meeting contrasts this school of honor with that of
the modern world, showing the obstacles to honor. It finishes with
the six objections that modern men have to honor. Slide Presentation
Honor III
This next meeting gives examples of counterfeit
honor illustrated with lively historical examples. Slide Presentation
Honor IV
An explanation of the key element necessary
for one to acquire honor: contingency. This recognition of limitations
is illustrated with several examples. All of them have to do with
God's desire to unite Himself with man and therefore elevate man.
This is the essence of Honor!
Our Lady of Good Council
One of the most incredible stories of Our
Lady's intervention in history. Very few people have heard about
this extraordinary story about a warrior hero named Scanderbeg,
two young men of faith and a widow with a dream. All these characters
come together to make this a meeting enjoyable for everyone. Slide

Our Lady of Good Success
In the 17th Century Our Lady appeared to a
nun named Sister Mariana de Jesus Torres in the city of Quito, Ecuador
under the title of Our Lady of Good Success. Several things make
this story worth hearing. In spite of the fact that this vision
of Our Lady took place over 300 years ago, Our Lady gave many prophecies
to Sister Mariana about our very days. Our Lady also asked for a
statue of herself to be made, which was miraculously finished by
the angels and can be venerated in the Conceptionist convent in
Quito today. Slide Presentation
Fatima and Reviving the Notion of Good and
Evil
The key message of our Lady at Fatima was
a request for total conversion: "Stop offending my Son!" Beginning
with a synopsis of what the children were told at Fatima, not only
by our Lady, but also the Angel of Portugal this meeting shows how
the world today has lost the notion of sin and the very distinction
between good and evil. The meeting outlines eight ways to revive
the notion of good and evil. Slide Presentation
Making the Link No One Wants to Make
A brilliant explanation about how the influences
of the modern world undermine our children's Faith. Five basic premises
show how Americans are put at odds with the practice of our Faith.
This philosophy of life seeks to organize a paradise on earth with
a very practical formula for living as a solution for the future.
Hollywood was a very important vehicle for spreading this philosophy
of life.
